In 2024, Sageview Capital deployed over $160 million across 4 new platform investments and 1 significant follow-on investment, while generating over $230 million in proceeds from the successful outcomes of 3 investments.
On the team front, we promoted 6 individuals who have been strong contributors to the firm’s success, and we brought on 2 talented new hires.
As we continue to invest in our in-house operating capabilities and help entrepreneurs scale go-to-market, we were thrilled to welcome Trent Nelson, our first ever VP of Growth. Trent has already worked closely with 5 of our portfolio companies on a range of go-to-market initiatives.
The true stars behind our success are the entrepreneurs and management teams we partner with. Across our portfolio, we added over 25 talented executives to our C-Suite during 2024, and we are energized to support their go-forward successes.
Having grounded our investment strategy from the beginning on company fundamentals, founder fit and alignment, value creation opportunities, and growth potential, our strategy continues to resonate with the impressive entrepreneurs we are fortunate to back. Building off the momentum in 2024, we are entering 2025 excited to find new opportunities to partner with and support visionary entrepreneurs. We look forward to the year ahead!
